Over the summer, Zach tiled my kitchen over a weekend. Not only was he professional and honest but his best attribute is his responsiveness. If I texted him, at any time, he replied within several minutes, at most… usually faster. He explained everything thoroughly and my kitchen looks like new! I would use him again and again.
